About NPIMap
NPIMap brings together public health care provider data that is published in separate government files and connects it into one page per National Provider Identifier (NPI).
What you can find here
Every active NPI has a page with the provider’s identity, specialties and licenses, addresses, identifiers and electronic endpoints. Browse pages list providers by state, city and specialty.
Accuracy and corrections
NPIMap shows data as published by its sources and does not edit it. Providers who find an error should correct it at the source: NPPES for NPI Registry information. Corrections appear on NPIMap after the next data refresh.
